Staffing SpecialistSpecialty Medical Staffing is currently hiring for a full time staffing specialist to join our team based out of Everett, WA for an exciting role in healthcare staffing. This is almost fully virtual but we try to get our team together a few times per year. This position will be responsible for coordinating all functions associated with the scheduling and operations of healthcare field staff.

If you are looking for your first job out of college or have previous staffing experience, we would encourage you to apply!Main Responsibilities:Human Resources activities including hiring/ and onboarding of new employeesScheduling of healthcare staffManaging Personnel files and complianceAnswering phonesProcessing Client Orders/Requests and responding in a timely mannerAssisting with Payroll and Accounts PayableConducting Quality Assurance of healthcare professionals at contracted facilitiesOther duties as assigned by your supervisorRequired Skills:Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferredMust have a positive winning attitudeTeam player mentalityMust have superior communication and organizational skillsMust be highly proficient with MS OfficeAbility to type 50+ wpmAbility to multi-task and work under pressureAbility to work out of our Everett, WA branch when needed.
