Scheduling Analysis Manager

Leading a team of scheduling analysts, the full-time Scheduling Analysis Manager will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and enhance workflow processes while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Lead and mentor the Scheduling Analyst team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and outsourcing partners to ensure alignment on operational goals Leverage analytical tools to evaluate scheduling performance and recommend process improvements Required qualifications: Proven experience in scheduling or operations management, preferably in a VMS environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a high-performance team Excellent analytical and organizational abilities Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with third-party partners effectively Minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare staffing or with a locum tenens vendor
