Build and maintain the schedules that keep our Phoenix projects moving. You’ll work with project teams to plan, track, and forecast every phase, and you’ll help the team catch delays before they become problems.
What you’ll do:
- Build, update, and maintain project schedules in scheduling software
- Track progress, identify delays, and forecast milestones
- Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and subcontractors on sequencing
- Produce schedule reports and analysis for project leadership
What you bring:
- Experience scheduling commercial or ground-up construction projects
- Proficiency in scheduling software (such as P6 or MS Project)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
