Scheduler - Construction Projects

Construction Scheduler | Boise, ID

Join our client’s team and play a key role in delivering complex, large-scale construction projects in a collaborative, positive work environment. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Construction Scheduler who enjoys working closely with project teams, solving challenges, and keeping projects on track in highly technical construction environments.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Track project progress and identify schedule impacts, potential delays, and critical path activities.
• Support project managers and field teams with scheduling analysis and project controls.
• Attend planning, coordination, and progress meetings.
• Generate weekly and monthly schedules, forecasts, and progress reports.
• Maintain accurate project schedule documentation and records.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure schedules align with construction milestones and overall project objectives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of construction scheduling experience with Primavera P6.
• General Contractor (GC) experience is mandatory. EPC experience is a plus.
• Experience in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or cleanroom construction (such as pharmaceutical or hospital facilities) is required.
• Large capital project experience is strongly preferred, particularly within complex industrial or high-tech construction environments.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar construction management software. Proficient with Microsoft Office 365.
• Relevant hands-on construction experience will be prioritized over formal education. A degree is not required for candidates with strong, directly applicable experience.
