Detail-oriented and quality-focused, the part-time hourly Scan Verification Associate will verify the accuracy of outgoing letters, perform quality control inspections, and reconcile piece counts while working onsite at the facility. Key responsibilities Reconcile piece counts and perform quality control inspections on all jobs based on departmental guidelines Audit reports and signatures on job tickets to ensure compliance with production logging Identify and set aside jobs needing additional work or missing pieces, while assisting with general housekeeping tasks Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent preferred A minimum of 1 year of experience in a quality control or manufacturing environment preferred Experience navigating web browsers required Basic math and reading skills required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods
