The Opportunity
This position sits at the intersection of engineering, operations, and continuous improvement , ensuring that production processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business growth.
You will play a critical role in supporting the transition from development to full-scale production , driving process stability, performance, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the optimisation of manufacturing and production processes
* Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce cost
* Monitor and analyse process performance , troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions
* Support the scale-up of new technologies and production lines
* Work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and quality teams
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
* Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and best practices
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related discipline
* Proven experience in a Process Engineer / Process Manager role within manufacturing or industrial environments
* Strong understanding of process optimisation, lean methodologies, and continuous improvement
* Experience within energy, clean technology, or advanced manufacturing highly desirable
* Hands-on problem solver with strong analytical capability
* Strong communication skills and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams
