Castelion is seeking an experienced Industrial Chemical Engineer to scale up wet chemistry processes from laboratory development to pilot and full-scale manufacturing. You will design, select equipment, optimize processes, and ensure process safety and regulatory compliance.
You will lead scale-up methodologies, evaluate kinetics, heat and mass transfer, and develop batch records and SOPs, working with chemists, technicians, and operations to deliver reliable, economical production.
