Action Equipment & Scaffold Co. is looking for experienced Scaffold Foremen and Lead Erectors to join our Phoenix team.

Positions Available


Scaffold Foreman

  • Lead and supervise scaffold erection, modification, and dismantling.
  • Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and daily work activities.
  • Maintain jobsite safety, productivity, and quality.
  • Read scaffold drawings and coordinate with general contractors.
  • Train and develop crew members.


Lead Scaffold Erector

  • Assist Foremen with daily crew operations.
  • Lead hands-on scaffold erection and dismantling.
  • Train and mentor less-experienced erectors.
  • Maintain safe and productive work practices.
  • Demonstrate leadership potential for advancement.


Qualifications

  • Commercial or industrial scaffolding experience required.
  • Experience with frame, system, and tube-and-clamp scaffolding.
  • Previous leadership experience preferred.
  • OSHA 10/30 and Scaffold Competent Person training preferred.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety.
  • Valid driver's license preferred.
