SCADA Systems Coordinator (WPRO)
OUC – The Reliable One, Florida's second-largest municipal utility, is seeking a SCADA Systems Coordinator for our Water Production division. This role supports and maintains WPRO's SCADA system to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our water treatment facilities.
Key responsibilities include performing workstation checks, troubleshooting communication issues, supporting SCADA operations, updating graphics/databases, coordinating process changes, installing/configuring SCADA hardware/software, and mentoring staff. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, resourceful problem solver with strong SCADA and water production experience.

The ideal candidate will have:
- High school diploma or GED
- Class A Florida Department of Environmental Protection Drinking Water Treatment Plant
- Operator's License
- Valid Driver's License
- Minimum of five (5) years in a water production operation environment, to include:
- Minimum of one (1) year working with software and hardware specific to the needs of the Water Production Division.
- Experience maintaining and operating SCADA systems in a water treatment facility

Salary Range: Starting at $45.608 per hour (Estimated $94,864.64 annually) with a structured step progression system and performance-based pay increases every 6 months up to $57.441 per hour (Estimated $119,477.28 annually).
