SCADA Engineer (II or III)

Job Description

We are seeking a SCADA Engineer II or III to support the design, implementation, operation, and maintenance of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems across our data center operations and renewable energy portfolio, including Wind, Solar, and Battery Energy Storage Systems.

This role will support reliable, secure, and efficient system performance through hands‑on engineering, troubleshooting, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities:

 • Assist with the design, configuration, and support of SCADA systems used to monitor and control electrical and mechanical equipment.

 • Serve as a technical resource for operations, IT, vendors, and field teams.

 • Provide guidance and support for NERC CIP compliance and cybersecurity requirements.

 • Support commissioning activities and system upgrades. Participate in after‑hours support through a team on‑call rotation.

Skills and Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an ABET‑accredited program.

 • SCADA Engineer II: 1+ year of relevant engineering or technical experience.

 • SCADA Engineer III: 3+ years of relevant engineering or SCADA/OT experience.

 • Ability to respond to SCADA, Command Center, and Plant Support needs outside normal working hours. Plusses:

 • Experience with SEL RTAC, relays
