SCADA Analyst IV
We are seeking an experienced SCADA Analyst IV to design, support, and optimize enterprise SCADA and Operational Technology (OT) solutions. This senior-level position will partner with Operations, Engineering, OT, and IT teams to translate business requirements into scalable SCADA solutions and reliable operational data pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex SCADA solutions based on business and operational requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor team members.
- Design and support OT data pipelines integrating SCADA, ACM, Kepware, MQTT/Sparkplug B, HiveMQ, and edge technologies.
- Deliver operational data to enterprise platforms, including Databricks.
- Troubleshoot and optimize polling engines, communication channels, edge devices, and OT data flows.
- Develop solutions that transform and validate operational data for analytics, reporting, and machine learning.
- Collaborate across Operations, Engineering, OT, and IT teams to improve automation and standardization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 8+ years of SCADA or related team leadership experience
- Experience with ClearSCADA, AutoSol, Kepware, and OPC protocols
- Strong knowledge of OPC, Modbus, DNP3, MQTT, and OT systems
- Extensive SQL experience
- Experience with Databricks, Python, Power BI, and cloud-based data architectures
- Knowledge of networking, telecommunications, and flow computer protocols
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and technical leadership skills
- Energy industry experience preferred
