Overseeing a team of case managers, the full-time SC Licensed Case Management Supervisor will manage daily operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide training and support to staff while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Manage daily operations and ensure customer service standards are met Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations to team members Collaborate with various teams to implement best practices and achieve departmental goals Required qualifications: Current RN license with a Master's degree in Health, Psychology, or Social Services At least 3 years of clinical practice experience Certification as a CCM (or willingness to pursue certification) Experience in workers' compensation case management and supervision preferred Strong knowledge of case management laws and regulations
