Job TitleSBA Relationship ManagerJob DescriptionThe SBA Relationship Manager will be responsible for the generation of new relationships and servicing of existing commercial clients, in an effort to evaluate the client's needs and align with appropriate bank products. Performs the underwriting for the proposed transaction and presents to appropriate parties for approval and carries the approval to closing.QualificationsRequirements:Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) relatable area or commensurate additional SBA lending and/or portfolio management2 years SBA lending or portfolio management in a financial institution required, with hands-on experience in loan underwriting and analysisUnderstanding of principles of financial analysisWorking knowledge and understanding of SBA SOP (most recent version) and Servicing SOPGood customer management and problem-solving skillsProficient in Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of banking products and servicesAbility to analyze and present a credit request in line with Bank policy and SBA SOPsPreferences:7a Lender Diploma through the National Association of Government Guaranteed LendersDon't meet all the requirements?
