West Fraser is seeking a Sawmill Supervisor to lead safe, efficient lumber production at our modern mill. In this role, you will oversee shift crews, manage sawmill operations, and drive throughput, quality, and recovery while maintaining strict safety and environmental standards. You’ll coordinate maintenance, monitor KPIs, adjust processes, and ensure compliance with procedures and training.
Working in a hands-on, team-focused environment, you’ll help develop employees, support continuous improvement, and contribute to sustainable, high-volume wood products manufacturing and long-term operational excellence.
