Laborer Position
Southwest Construction is looking for experienced laborers to join the team! Job duties include:
- Loading materials, tools, and equipment on the truck for each job
- Following all safety guidelines at all times
- Installing each job using company approved methods
- Keeping a consistent pace to ensure quality and efficiency
- Assisting foreman on job
- Unloading the truck at the end of each day
Requirements:
- Physically demanding, unrestricted lifting ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Working under all weather conditions
- Sawing experience is a plus
- Valid TX driver license is a plus
- Must pass background check
- Must pass drug screen
