A financial institution in Vienna, Virginia is seeking a Saviynt IAM Engineer to support and enhance its identity governance environment.
About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day shift
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: Standard business
- Setting: Hybrid (at least 3 days a week onsite)
- Resolve production incidents and support tickets related to the Saviynt identity governance platform
- Fulfill access requests and Service Catalog items for user provisioning and identity management
- Implement configuration changes and platform enhancements to support governance processes
- Support release, change, and operational activities across the Saviynt environment
- Remediate security vulnerabilities and help improve compliance, access controls, and policy enforcement
- 5 to 10 years of experience supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance Administration (IGA) solutions
- Hands-on experience administering and supporting the Saviynt platform in an enterprise environment
- Experience resolving production incidents, Service Catalog requests, and release or change management activities
- Knowledge of identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and entitlement management
- Experience supporting security vulnerability remediation and compliance initiatives
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
- Experience working in a large enterprise or highly regulated environment
- Familiarity with ITIL processes, including Incident, Change, and Problem Management
- Understanding of identity governance best practices, audit requirements, and security controls
- Experience participating in an on-call production support rotation
