SAP Vistex Consultant

Seeking experienced Vistex Deductions & Chargebacks Consultants with strong hands‑on expertise in Vistex, SAP integration, pharmaceutical pricing, chargebacks, rebates, deductions, and contract management . Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical industry experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, implementation, and support of Vistex Chargebacks, Rebates, Deductions, and Incentives.
• Configure Vistex Incentives & Paybacks (IP) , including accruals, settlements, disputes, and adjustments.
• Manage pharmaceutical chargeback processing — claim receipt, validation, reconciliation, and settlement.
• Configure contract hierarchies, eligibility rules, membership/roster management , and contract pricing.
• Configure price protection and retroactive pricing scenarios.
• Support Vistex Go! Suite integration with SAP SD/MM .
• Work with condition contracts, settlement documents , and Vistex/SAP Settlement Management migration.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands‑on Vistex functional consulting/configuration experience.
• Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences industry experience.
• Vistex Incentives & Paybacks (IP) .
• EDI 844/849 — chargeback claims and responses.
• Contract management, eligibility, memberships, and customer rosters.
• Price Protection and retroactive pricing.
• Vistex Go! + SAP SD/MM integration .
• Settlement Management / Condition Contracts .

Pharmaceutical Domain Knowledge

Strong understanding of:

• GPO / 340B
• DSA / FFS fee structures
• Pharmaceutical chargeback lifecycle and manufacturer/wholesaler reconciliation
• Rebate types: sales‑related, scan‑back, customer funds, purchase‑related, and administrative fees
• Gross‑to‑Net (GTN) and the impact of chargebacks, rebates, deductions, and price adjustments on net revenue.
