Title: SAP TM (Transportation Management) Consultant
Location: Remote
Company: Capgemini USA
Initial term: 6 months (position expected to run longer)
Schedule: Remote with ~25% travel (one week per month) within the US
Position Summary

• Expert responsible to bridge the gap between business requirements and SAP TM solutions, to design, implement and test SAP TM modules.
• This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain and transportation management, coupled with strong analytical and communication skills.
  

Primary Responsibilities

• Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with clients to understand their transportation management requirements and business processes.
• Solution Design: Design and configure SAP TM solutions to meet client needs, including transportation planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Implementation: Lead the implementation of SAP TM modules, including system configuration, data migration, testing, and go-live support.
• Integration: Coordinate integration between SAP TM and other SAP modules or third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
• Customization: Develop and implement custom enhancements or modifications to SAP TM functionality as needed to address specific client requirements.
• Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and support teams on SAP TM functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest SAP TM developments and best practices, and recommend enhancements or optimizations to existing solutions.
  

Qualifications And Skills

• SAP TM Certification
• Completed at least 2 end-to-end SAP TM implementations
