Experience implementing large-scale complex SAP projects
A credible expert with 10+ years of experience with SAP software
Able to design transportation management processes to meet business requirements
Technical knowledge of ABAP, BOPF, and integration with other SAP modules
Experience working in waterfall and agile delivery models
Able to lead customer discussions with confidence to extract business requirements and translate them into workable solutions in SAP TM
Strong negotiation skills with a collaborative mindset
Good problem-solving and communication skills
The candidate should have several SAP TM implementations (embedded, standalone, basic, and professional versions)
Strong knowledge of SAP TM with integration experience with SAP SD and SAP MM
Experience of S/4 HANA and should be aware of the S/4HANA roadmap, aware of differences between various releases and innovations that are brought in each of the S/4HANA releases
Experience integrating SAP with other SAP and non-SAP solutions
Solid understanding of transportation from shipper and LSP perspectives
