Our clean core approach empowers enterprises to manage their SAP data lifecycle more efficiently and compliantly.As demand in our Asia market grows, specifically in Japan, we're looking for an SAP Technical Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in customer success and product excellence. This is a remote work from home position, and while you don't need to be located in Japan, you must be available to work JST hours, and speak fluent English and Japanese.The OpportunityAs an SAP Technical Specialist, you will take ownership of product implementations, support solution customization within the SAP framework, automate business processes, get involved with product development and deliver compelling, technical sound sales demos.

This is a highly collaborative customer-facing role that combines deep SAP Technical skills with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead technical aspects of product implementation for customers using SAP S/4HANA and/or SuccessFactors.Customize and configure SAP systems to support integration with our document archiving solution.Work with product development to provide feature and design inputs as well as help with actual feature development.Work closely with customers, project managers, and internal developers to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver successful deployments.Act as the technical subject matter expert during the pre-sales cycle, delivering tailored and impactful demos to prospective clients.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and after implementation.Provide feedback to the product and development teams to improve functionality and user experience.Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation, demo scripts, and implementation playbooks.What We're Looking For3–7 years of experience in SAP technical roles (ABAP, ABAP Cloud, Workflow, BTP, SuccessFactors or other related areas).Hands-on experience with SAP S/4Hana implementations, SAP ArchiveLink, SAP ILM, or SAP DMS integrationsFamiliarity with document management systems (e.g., OpenText, SharePoint, or other ECM platforms).Knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI15 or integration with web-based applicationsExperience with SAP customization, enhancements, and BADI/user exits.Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Comfortable presenting to clients, both virtually and in person in English and JapaneseSelf-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.Why Join Us?Work on a high-impact product with enterprise-level clients around the world.Be part of a collaborative, agile team where your voice and expertise not only matter but can make a huge impact on a growing company.Remote work environmentOpportunity to grow with a scaling company and shape the future of our business.LocationThis is a remote work-from-home position for candidates located in Taiwan or Japan working JST hours.Employment Type : Full-Time or ContractorTo Apply:Please submit your Cover Letter and ResumeOnly those candidates who are eligible to work in the United Kingdom prior to sending your application will be consideredWe thank all applicants for their interest, and we will contact you for an interview if you are short-listed as a candidate.
