We’re looking for a skilled

About The Role
We’re looking for a skilled SAP Solution Engineer to join our team. This is a high-impact role supporting our enterprise financial systems, where you’ll be responsible for SAP configuration, lifecycle implementations, and supporting the transformation from ECC to S/4HANA in a cloud-based environment.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and is eager to partner with business users to deliver end-to-end SAP solutions.
Must-Have Skills

  • SAP FICO configuration experience (functional/config, not development).
  • 2+ full lifecycle SAP implementations (blueprint ? hypercare).
  • Deep understanding of finance business processes.
  • Strong experience with 1–2 SAP FICO submodules (GL, AR, AP, CO, PCA, CCA, COPA).
  • Ability to gather business requirements, translate into configuration tasks, and own the full config cycle in SAP IMG.
  • S/4HANA experience strongly preferred (team is phasing out ECC).
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical details into business language.
Nice-to-Haves
  • CLM/REFX module experience (Contract Lease Management / Real Estate Flex).
  • Blackline (month-end reconciliations).
  • Debugging skills (non-developer, for issue identification).
  • SAP Cloud Platform knowledge & cloud-based financial tools experience (Ariba, Concur, Vertex, Fieldglass, Blackline).
  • Workflow & IDoc knowledge.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of SAP functional/configuration experience.
  • Strong background in FI and CO modules.
  • Experience with cloud-based SAP ecosystem (S/4HANA and related applications).
  • Exposure to integrations with other SAP modules (e.g., SD).
  • Experience with Agile methodology.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Native-level fluency in English.
