To support the implementation of Change Request Management, the full-time SAP Solution Manager Specialist will manage end-to-end ChaRM processes, create logical components, and oversee managed system configurations in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Implement and manage end-to-end ChaRM processes, including scheduling import jobs and customizing status Create logical components and solutions tailored to the system landscape while managing Transport Requests and authorizations Develop documentation and provide training sessions on ChaRM processes and reporting analytics Required qualifications 4 to 8 years of experience with SAP Solution Manager, specifically in configuring ChaRM and related modules Hands-on experience with Transport Management and authorization setup for ChaRM users Knowledge of ChaRM reporting, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) Expertise in issue resolution, troubleshooting, and upgrade management for ChaRM systems Ability to develop governance processes for the deployment of Solution Manager
