SAP Senior System/Business/Functional Analysts (ONSITE)The responsibilities include the following business user and technical support services:Assist end users on-site with inquiries and incidents/problemsTake ownership of problems until full resolutionProvide solutions as appropriate on the spotProvide follow-up to the user on the status of the problem until the resolutionVerify problem resolution before closureEscalate the problem as requiredRecord incidents in the Panaya systemEscalate issue resolution with Hypercare Command Center and other NAMT Hypercare resourcesProvide advanced problem resolution for Level 1 problems as escalatedDetermine the functional area of the problem being reported, e.g. process, data, systems, training, etc.Provide a detailed analysis of the problemThe resources must be experienced for at least 5 years in SAP with priority in the following process areas:Logistics and distributionDelivery processingOutbound delivery processingShipping (via ProcessWeaver)Returning goods to the factoryPlant Warehouse ManagementInbound ProcessingPutaway ProcessOutbound ProcessingStock Removal ProcessGoods MovementsShop floor ReplenishmentPhysical InventoryCycle CountingMaterial ManagementSupply PlanningItem Creation (via Fletch)
