We’re looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA RISE Practice Lead to take a senior leadership role within a growing SAP consulting environment.
This is an opportunity for an SAP leader with 18+ years of experience to shape practice strategy, lead major S/4HANA & RISE programmes, develop high-performing teams and engage directly with C-level stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and grow the SAP S/4HANA RISE practice
- Own delivery across complex, global SAP transformation programmes
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior and C-level stakeholders
- Lead, mentor and develop SAP consulting teams
- Support pre-sales, solution strategy and major client engagements
- Drive adoption of RISE with SAP, Cloud and AI technologies
What we’re looking for:
- 18+ years of SAP experience
- Deep SAP S/4HANA & RISE with SAP expertise
- Strong FICO background highly desirable
- Proven programme delivery and practice leadership experience
- Strong understanding of SAP architecture, integration and cloud
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
