Our client is seeking a plant-facing SAP S4 PP consultant to support manufacturing operations across multiple sites. You'll own production issues from start to finish, act as the bridge between the shop floor and IT, and lead super user forums. This is a long-term hybrid contract based in Bridgewater, NJ, with travel to manufacturing sites, including Costa Rica.
Required Qualifications
- Strong functional SAP PP / Plan-to-Make experience in S4
- Hands-on, plant-facing manufacturing support experience, including real-time triage of process vs. system issues
- Deep knowledge of MRP , production orders, confirmations, BOMs , routings, and inbound and outbound goods receipts
- Experience with PP integration with MM , QM and WM/EWM
- Experience owning production support tickets end to end, from root cause through resolution
- Requirements gathering, current xhqgsiq and future-state process mapping, and testing support
- S4 deployment , go-live and hypercare experience
- Experience leading super user forums and training plant users
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel to domestic and international sites, with a valid passport
