SAP S/4 MM Lead

Required Skills:

1. 12+ years' experience with SAP MM delivery
2. 1+ implementation with S/4 HANA
3. 4+ years as an SAP Lead
4. 4+ FLC (blueprint to go-live or support)
5. Proven experience managing and leading small to large teams
6. Experience with Agile
7. A strong track record of professional success in the Consulting Services arena

Soft Skills:

1. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Strong executive presence and ability to interact with C-level executives
4. Mentors team members in technology, architecture and delivery of applications
5. Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required

7. Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies
8. Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and creative
9. Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements
10. College degree in a related area of study, with advanced degree highly preferred
