Client PM RoleResponsibilities include:15+ years of experienceSAP Functional or technical background with experience on S4 HanaEnsure alignment with SAP Activate methodology phases and deliverables, especially fit-to-standard workshopsEnsure adherence to the overall project schedule and milestone planAlign and facilitate toll-gate reviews in coordination with Client and stakeholdersPresent consolidated project status reports to the Steering CommitteeLead and drive regular project governance meetings for issue escalation and decision-makingManage project risks and mitigation plans effectively, maintaining a risk registerDrive change management initiatives and support organizational adoption of S/4HANA Public CloudOwn and execute stakeholder communication plans to ensure transparency and engagementTrack and validate project deliverables to ensure alignment with defined scope and qualityMonitor and report on Client say/do ratio and partner accountabilityFacilitate timely business user availability for key project phases (SIT, UAT, training, etc.)Ensure comprehensive data management (including leading Data cleansing by expediting OmniOn's actions in 4.7C) and migration activities for successful cutover to S/4HANA Public CloudAdvocate for standard SAP best practices, minimizing customizations where possibleEnsure compliance with the Statement of Work (SoW) in all project deliverables and Client commitmentsCoordinate dependency and integration management between business and IT workstreamsTrack issue logs and ensure timely closure of action itemsSupport audit and compliance documentation during project lifecycleAct as a bridge between business, IT teams, and Client for cross-functional alignmentEnsure alignment with SAP Activate methodology phases and deliverables, especially fit-to-standard workshopsEnsure timely Release Upgrade Testing in line with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud release cyclesFacilitate access provisioning – including SharePoint, S/4HANA systems, and documentation for all project managers
