Serving as the primary point of contact for NS2 Cloud Customers within Federal Accounts, the full-time remote SAP Program Manager will manage strategic and operational delivery leadership, ensuring compliance with DoD and Federal regulations while driving customer engagement from onboarding through service delivery and renewal strategy. Key Responsibilities Lead customer engagement as a trusted advisor, conducting executive reviews and translating mission goals into SAP cloud strategies Oversee onboarding and service delivery in compliance with FedRAMP and DoD standards, managing incident processes and quality plans Develop senior executive relationships and identify upsell opportunities while supporting contract renewals and ensuring service-level adherence Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Technical Engineering, or a related field 7+ years of customer-facing program or delivery management experience in Federal, DoD, or Fed-CIV environments Deep understanding of DoD Cloud security models, FedRAMP compliance, and NIST frameworks Expertise in SAP solutions, including S/4HANA, BTP, and SAC, with experience in Cloud Application and Technical Delivery Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
