SAP Professional

We are seekingExperienced SAP Professionals to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with deep expertise across various SAP modules who are passionate about delivering innovative and high-impact solutions for clients. As an SAP professional, you will play a key role in implementing, optimizing, and supporting SAP solutions, whether it be inFinance (FI/CO) ,Logistics (MM/SD) ,HCM ,SAP S/4HANA , or other core SAP areas.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, work on SAP's latest technologies, and lead the delivery of solutions that enhance business processes and support digital transformations. This is a chance to leverage your SAP experience in challenging, large-scale projects and make a tangible difference for top-tier clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP Solution Implementation : Lead or contribute to the implementation and customization of SAP modules, ensuring alignment with business processes and client objectives.
• Business Process Optimization : Work with clients to understand their business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide tailored SAP solutions to optimize processes.
• SAP S/4HANA Projects : Participate in or lead S/4HANA migration and implementation projects, leveraging your expertise to ensure a smooth transition.
• Module Expertise : Provide in-depth knowledge and support in your specific area of SAP expertise (e.g., FI/CO, MM/SD, HCM, PP, QM).
• Integration Support : Ensure seamless integration between various SAP modules and with external systems, collaborating with other SAP and IT teams.
• Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution : Analyze and resolve SAP-related issues, working closely with stakeholders to ensure system stability and performance.
• Training & Documentation : Develop and deliver user training for new solutions, and maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP configurations and processes.
• Client Engagement : Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on SAP best practices, system optimizations, and long-term SAP strategies.
• New Technologies : Stay current with SAP advancements, including Fiori , UI5 , SAP Analytics Cloud , and emerging trends, and integrate them into client solutions where applicable.

Qualifications:

• Experience : 5+ years of hands-on SAP experience in one or more modules (e.g., FI/CO , MM/SD , HCM , PP , QM , S/4HANA ).
• SAP Expertise : Deep functional and/or technical knowledge in your respective SAP module(s), including configuration, customization, and support.
• S/4HANA Knowledge : Experience in S/4HANA implementations or migrations is highly desirable.
• Integration Skills : Understanding of integration points between SAP modules and external systems.
• Problem-solving : Proven ability to troubleshoot complex SAP issues and implement effective solutions.
• Collaboration : Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global teams.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex SAP concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Project Leadership : Ability to manage or contribute to SAP projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Preferred:

• SAP certification in your module(s) of expertise.
• Experience with Fiori , UI5 , and S/4HANA .
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in leading or mentoring junior SAP consultants.
