Job Description
We are seeking a Tech Lead specializing in OTC (Order-to-Cash) SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) to lead our support and continuous maintenance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in OTC processes, leadership skills, and a strategic approach to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of SAP systems.
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will have/be able to demonstrate:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study (i.e. Computer Science, Information Technology)
- Language: English (Portuguese is a plus)
- 3 – 5 years' experience as OTC SAP SD Tech Lead
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and SAP SD.
- Proven experience in team leadership and resource management.
- Experience in implementing global rollouts and complex OTC projects.
- Experience with S/4 HANA and ECC 6.0.
- Certification in SAP SD solutions (desirable).

- Excellent Organization & Time Management Skills
- General Data Analysis and Reporting: JIRA Dashboards, filters, as well as strong Excel knowledge is needed. Ability to create charts for trending, prioritization.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with MS Project for creating project plans to bring visibility to dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Experience with JIRA, Excel, MS PowerPoint
- SAFe knowledge
- General SAP working knowledge
