SAP Material Management AnalystTeam prefers to see OG experience with this role - upstream and midstream. Integration of Material Management to EAM experience required. We are seeking a skilled analyst with experience SAP Material Management and Warehouse Management.
You will support and assist with troubleshooting, configuring, and maintaining procure to pay system capabilities on a global scale. You will work with business users and IT team members on gathering requirements, designing solutions, and troubleshooting, testing and resolving issues in SAP ECC 6.0.Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities:Provides support for various SAP modules, specially MM and WM, including configuration and enhancement requests from the user community and company managementImplements configuration changes, redesigns, new releases and updates to the systems environment in an effort to optimize the use of Information TechnologyAssists in the design of interfaces, processes, reports, enhancements (including custom programs), and conversions for assigned complex and large scale application systems and reporting environments to meet business requirementsDesigns and perform quality assurance testing and perform unit and integration testingParticipates in IT projects that are implementing new business applications, or interfacing with current ERP system or other business applicationsAnalyzes and redesigns, if needed, process and configuration issues as they occur in the ERP Production systemSupports and tests end-user security authorizations, as neededProvides clear, concise weekly status reports for assigned team’s issues and projectsProvides support role to subsequent phases of ERP implementation and work on special projects, as neededSupports and oversee integration points between assigned area of responsibility and other modules, such as PM and FICOPlays a technical-functional role on special projects, as assignedSpecial assignments and tasks assigned to the employee by their manager, as determined from time to time are the supervisor’s sole and complete discretion.Technical Background Desired:Responsible for supporting one or more of the following modules: SAP MM (Materials Management, including Inventory Management), WM (Warehouse Management) and FI (Finance Accounting).Experience:A minimum of 5 years of direct job-related experience is required. A minimum of 3 years’ experience with SAP ECC 6.0 required.Preferred Experience:SAP IS-OIL and Oil and Gas industry experience is preferred (Midstream/Pipeline & Downstream/Refining areas).
SAP release workflow experience with HR integration is highly preferred.Educational Level:A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Services, and Finance or related field is required.
