The ideal candidate will be a senior leader responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing enterprise master data solutions across multiple domains. This role requires strong client engagement, solution leadership, and integration expertise across SAP and non-SAP ecosystems.Top Skills & Experience Required:15+ years of Master Data experience in architecting and designing MDM/MDG solutionsStrong hands-on expertise in SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) – MandatoryExpertise in Master Data Architecture, Design & Data QualityExperience across master data domains: Business Partner (BP), Finance, Materials, Customer, VendorIntegration experience with SAP S/4HANA ERP, PLM, Ariba, Salesforce, and other upstream/downstream systemsStrong understanding of data strategy, governance, and standardizationKnowledge of SAP BTP and SAP solution extensionsProven client engagement and stakeholder management skillsExperience leading onsite-offshore teamsKey Responsibilities:Architect, design, and implement master data domains including BP, Finance, and Materials.Define and drive Master Data Strategy and Roadmap, identifying capability gaps and transformation initiatives.Implement data governance, standardization, and quality frameworks.Design integration strategies with upstream and downstream systems including PLM, Ariba, Salesforce, SAP S/4 ERP, and external vendors.Work closely with solution architects to design future-state architecture, integration patterns, security, scalability, and performance strategies.Develop integration and synchronization mechanisms across enterprise applications.Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and prepare detailed design & functional specifications.Provide thought leadership on SAP industry best practices in master data methodology and governance.Lead the solutions team and mentor junior consultants.Ensure proper documentation, best practices adoption, and adherence to governance standards.Collaborate effectively within onsite-offshore delivery models.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.Minimum 8+ years of experience in Business Process Consulting, Architecture/Design, and Process Detailing.Strong understanding of people, process, technology, and quality dimensions of data.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Experience managing and mentoring distributed teams.Self-motivated, proactive problem solver, and strong team player.
