SAP Manufacturing and ISC Senior - Business AnalystWork site: San Diego, CA (Remote)Job Description Duration: until end of September 2026 (Possible extension into 2027) Location: US – NJ or San Diego or Remote (10% Travel)Business Process & Systems Analyst Responsibility– DTS/ISCThe Business Process & Systems Consultant is responsible to support the following areas:Help vetting requirements (10 years of SAP Functional experience required)Sustaining support for MMS OperationsCoordinating SAP Development Enhancements and IntegrationSolution Design supportSupport New Business Integration as neededAct as a representative for stakeholders for any specific Development requirementsEnsure Stakeholder requirements are accurately represented for System functionality and for Stakeholder effectivenessEnsure daily support of SAP systems operations for Supply Chain functionalities affecting the TJ EMI Plant, Distribution facilities and cross-functional systems to ensure business continuitySupport all MMS Global ERP systems to allow MMS functions and processes to operate within compliance standardsThis individual will require existing experience in SAP, Some SAP Configuration understanding is preferred. A good foundation of SAP Master Data understanding is importantUnderstanding of Demand Planning, Materials management and Logistics systemsUnderstanding of Quality systems and some Knowledge and experience interacting with IT processes are beneficialDaily activity could include troubleshooting System Issues, Identifying and differentiating Process from System problemsSupporting SAP Data Maintenance or Error investigation as required by daily needs directed by Plant Management and Systems Team ManagementSystemic issues will be presented to the systems team for change or enhancement determinationServe as process integration Key POC for new development as assignedEnsure a high sense of urgency for error resolution to maintain Internal and External customer satisfactionSystem DevelopmentCritical role in translating business needs into technical requirements and ensuring IT projects meet objectives.Core duties include requirements gathering, business process analysis, system design, testing, training, and post-implementation support.Additional AccountabilitiesAdminister training as required for New DevelopmentEnsure established process adherenceProvide SAP Data analysis as neededCollaboration with Solutioning IT when necessaryTesting final solutions on changes and enhancements as necessaryMMS Global Business DescriptionThe MMS Business include Dispensing and Infusion Product Lines as primary manufacturing entities as well as any additional businesses incorporated into the MMS/EMI Global umbrella. Operations include Manufacturing, Materials Management, Purchasing & Quality.QualificationsExpert knowledge of SAP 6.0SAP Certifications – DTS/ISCExpertise in SAP Functional and business process in SAP modules: SCM (Supply Chain Management) PS(Project systems/WBS), FI(Finance), PP(Production Planning), LE(Logistics Execution) and MM/PLM(Material Management/Production Lifecycle Mgmt.) for integration with BRIM (& CPQ)Experienced with ExcelA minimum of 3 years related work experience requiredAble to drive change in large organizationsEffective communication skills, written and verbalNice to have: Spanish language would be beneficialExperience working in a highly government-regulated environment (FDA, FAA, DoD)Experience translating business needs into technical requirementsBachelor's degree in Quality Systems, Business Management, Computer Science or Engineering, software/IT, or related field preferred
