SAP Lead To Cash ManagerThis role will lead SAP SD and LE solutions supporting the full Lead to Cash process, driving design, configuration, integrations, and support across order management, logistics, invoicing, and related applications. Essential duties and responsibilities include:Leading and managing a team of technical and functional resources to design, configure, develop, test, implement, and support applications that enable Lead to Cash business processes, focused on SAP ECC (SD/LE) and integrations with other applications such as EDI, Esker, PkMS (WM), Hybris Commerce, SAP Personas, TMS, Paymetric, Vertex, Salesforce.comLeading teams of cross-functional business stakeholders and IT analysts to understand business processes, gaps, pain points, and objectives; guiding the team to elicit, define, and analyze business requirementsLeading project teams to define and design proposed solutions that meet requirements and adhere to platform and application design guidelines, strategies, and industry best practices; reviewing designs of direct reports to ensure quality and consistencyManaging creation of deliverables according to the Software Development Lifecycle such as functional and technical specifications; reviewing deliverables of direct reports to ensure quality, consistency, and long-term supportabilityWorking with business stakeholders to manage and prioritize work backlog and create plans and schedules for deliveryCollaborating with business stakeholders to create documentation and training materials; supporting training delivery and organizational change managementManaging the support of production systems to meet service levels; creating resource plans to ensure support coverageDriving continuous improvement in business processes, and supporting business re-engineering efforts; researching and representing industry best practices; driving productivity in IT processesManaging end-to-end project delivery; preparing work estimates and work schedules; managing issues and risks; managing stakeholder communicationsComplying with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teamsMaintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societiesContributing to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as neededSupervision exercised includes:Motivating and leading a high performance team by attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining team membersDriving the performance management and compensation processes by communicating job expectations, monitoring and evaluating performance, providing feedback and facilitating employee development per the company's policiesMaintaining transparent communication by appropriately communicating organization information to team through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, appropriate email, IM and regular interpersonal communicationsRequirements include:9 years' experience in Information Technology, preferably applications development or configuration7 years working with business processes related to Lead to Cash such as inquiries, quotes, pricing, customer master, order management, customer service, ATP, deliveries, logistics, transportation, invoicingStrong hands-on experience with SAP SD/LE including hands-on configurationAt least one full lifecycle implementation of SAPLeadership experience in a direct or indirect management capacityNice to have/desired experience includes:Experience with customer EDI processes in an SAP environment is required, including experience with IDoc orders and IDoc error resolutionExperience with eCommerce, tax and credit card processingExperience in global environmentsExperience managing medium sized cross-functional projectsMaster's Degree or MBA
