Location: Hybrid – Newtown Square (United States)

Duration: August 2026 – February 2027 (Full-time, 40 hrs/week)

The SAP Internship Experience Program (iXp) is a global, strategic, paid internship that offers university students opportunities to build a foundation for a career through connection, creativity, and impact.

Role Overview:

As an intern in the Customer Value Group (CVG) People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner (BP) team, you will support the Global CVG P&C BP by driving strategic and operational consultations & projects.

Responsibilities and Tasks

• Assist the CVG People & Culture BP Lead and PMO team in supporting the CVG People Strategy and transformation initiatives.
• Support and drive strategic people initiatives, focus on key topics, and manage ad‑hoc requests (data gathering, organization maintenance, submissions to European Social Partners).
• Own various organizational and operational tasks.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables in communications and presentations for P&C BPs, Executive Leadership, and employees.
• Deliver high‑impact data analysis using internal SAP tools to provide people & organizational insights (Hiring, Attrition) that enable measurable outcomes for P&C BPs.

Eligibility

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a coding academy, bootcamp, apprenticeship, Associate, Bachelor’s, Master’s, JD or PhD program. Start date must be within six months of graduation.
