Job TitleMandatory Skills: SAP Seasoned PM, SAP S4 HANA Implementation Experience, Security and role mapping experienceRequirementsSeasoned Senior PM with strong experience with SAP S4 HANA Implementation ExperienceStrong SAP S4 HANA security and role mapping experienceStrong Project Management skillsLifeScience Domain is a plusShould possess Excellent communication skillsPMP Certification preferred.Responsibilities Include But Not Limited ToUnderstanding overall program and create a project plan around SAP implementation project.Work closely with OCM as well as the Security team Liaising with stakeholders such as PMO, project team members, vendors, and end-users regarding project activities vertically and horizontally.Managing project deliverables based on Gilead project delivery framework (Unity).Managing procurement processes (contracts, purchasing and invoices).Managing project risks, issues, actions and decisions (RAID log).Coordinating and managing cutover activities during deployment.Communicating on project statuses at weekly basis.Tracking, reporting, maintaining and managing a good working knowledge of assigned SAP and each boundary application.Monitoring project progress and implementing changes where necessary.Facilitating project meetings and sending out meeting minutes.Ensuring compliance with objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards.Compiling project reports and informing management regarding problems/issues at timely manner.Ensuring project complies with best practices, SOPs, PMO policies, and other policies.Owning communication to boundary application owners on issue resolution and reporting.Managing daily stand-up meetingsPreparing materials for OSC (Operating steering committee) / ESC (Executive steering committee).Coordinating closely with Business and IT leads
