Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP IS-U Test Lead to support a multi-year Customer Information System (CIS) implementation for a public utility. This individual will establish the test strategy, develop test plans and scripts, and lead testing across SAP IS-U customer and utility processes and their integrations. The ideal candidate has led testing on a large-scale SAP IS-U utility implementation—not solely production support or a general SAP ERP program.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and own the end-to-end test strategy, master test plan, schedules, deliverables, and entry and exit criteria for integration, system, user acceptance, regression, and cutover testing.

Create and oversee detailed test scenarios, cases, and scripts covering the utility customer lifecycle, including accounts and premises, service activation, device and meter processes, meter reads and usage, billing, invoicing, payments, and collections.
