SAP Incentive Management Technical Consultant

This is a full-time remote role for a SAP Incentive Management Technical Consultant at SpectrumTek based in United States or India . The role involves tasks such as providing technical support, troubleshooting, and consulting on SAP Commissions projects. The consultant will be responsible for utilizing analytical skills to optimize commission processes and improve sales performance.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills, Troubleshooting, and Technical Support
- 4+ years of Experience in Consulting and Sales
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 3+ years of Experience implementing on SAP Incentive Management / Commissions and configurations
- 3+ years of Experience working on SQL, PL/SQL and/or HANA
- 3+ years Experience implementing Informatica, SAP BTP Datasphere, SAP BTP Integration Services
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
