Learn more on **dxc.com****Key Responsibilities****SAP IBP Solution Design & Implementation*** Lead full-life-cycle SAP IBP implementations and enhancements.* Design and configure SAP IBP solutions across: + Demand Planning + Supply Planning + Supply & Response + Inventory Optimization + Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) + Control Tower* Develop planning models, key figures, attributes, planning levels, and planning operators.* Configure forecasting models and statistical forecasting techniques.**Business Process Consulting*** Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP IBP solutions.* Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders.* Recommend best practices for planning processes and supply chain optimization.* Drive business process transformation initiatives.**Integration & Data Management*** Design and support integration between SAP IBP and: + SAP S/4HANA + SAP ECC + SAP BW + SAP EWM + SAP TM + External planning applications* Support SAP CPI-DS, SDI, or CI-DS integration solutions.* Ensure data quality, master data governance, and planning data consistency.**Testing & Deployment*** Develop functional specifications and test scenarios.* Support unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).* Coordinate production deployment activities and hypercare support.**Stakeholder Management*** Collaborate with supply chain, operations, manufacturing, procurement, and sales teams.* Present solutions and recommendations to client leadership.* Provide status updates to project management and executive stakeholders.**Support & Continuous Improvement*** Troubleshoot system and process issues.* Optimize planning processes and improve system performance.* Identify opportunities to leverage AI, analytics, and advanced planning capabilities within SAP IBP.**Required Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field.* 7+ years of SAP Supply Chain Planning experience.* 4+ years of hands-on SAP IBP implementation experience.* Experience with at least two full SAP IBP implementations.* Strong understanding of: + Demand Planning + Supply Planning + Inventory Optimization + S&OP + Forecasting techniques + Supply chain planning processes* Experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA and ECC.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.**Preferred Qualifications*** SAP IBP Certification.* Experience with: + SAP PP/DS + SAP APO migration projects + SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) + SAP Business AI + SAP BTP + Control Tower + Response and Supply* Experience in manufacturing, consumer products, life sciences, retail, or distribution industries.* Consulting experience with large global clients.**Technical Skills****SAP IBP Modules*** Demand Planning* Supply Planning* Supply & Response* Inventory Optimization* S&OP* Control Tower**Integration Technologies*** SAP CPI-DS* SDI* CI-DS* SAP BTP* SAP Cloud Integration**SAP Ecosystem*** SAP S/4HANA* SAP ECC* SAP BW/4HANA* SAP EWM* SAP TM* SAP SAC**Soft Skills*** Executive-level communication* Business process consulting* Workshop facilitation* Client relationship management* Leadership and mentoring* Cross-functional collaboration* Problem solving and analytical thinking**Nice-to-Have Experience*** APO to SAP IBP transformation projects* Global supply chain redesign initiatives* AI-driven forecasting and planning solutions* Multi-country planning deployments* Supply chain digital transformation programs**Work Environment & Eligibility*** Remote to United States* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future* Must be US Citizen or Green Card holder
