Seeking a remote contract SAP HCM Payroll Consultant, the role involves overseeing functional support, configuration, and enhancement of the SAP HCM On-Premises system while collaborating with business and technical teams to ensure efficient time and payroll operations. Key responsibilities Configure and support SAP HCM On-Premises Payroll and Time Management systems Author Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and design customized Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs) and Schemas Lead test planning and execution during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve functional defects Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 14+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM Time Management and Payroll configuration Proven technical mastery of SAP Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs) and Schemas Demonstrated experience preparing Functional Design Documents and leading UAT cycles Functional knowledge of SAP Mexico Payroll localizations is preferred
