SAP GTM Leader (f/m/d)

We are seeking an experienced SAP GTM Leader to drive growth across our SAP Transformation and SAP Managed Support portfolio in Germany. This strategic leadership position plays a key role in shaping go-to-market initiatives, building executive-level customer relationships, driving profitable growth, and strengthening our position within the SAP ecosystem.

The successful candidate will combine strong commercial acumen, SAP business expertise, and the ability to operate effectively within a global onshore-offshore delivery model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive profitable growth across the SAP portfolio, achieving revenue and order book targets
• Participate as a key member of the SAP Germany Go-To-Market (GTM) Solutions team, covering both SAP Transformation and SAP Managed Support services
• Build, develop, and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through deal closure
• Work closely with sales teams, client partners, delivery teams, and SAP solution experts to drive business growth
• Lead the development of win strategies and pursuit plans for strategic opportunities
• Define and execute marketing campaigns and GTM activities across industries and geographies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, SAP, and strategic ecosystem partners.
• Collaborate with global delivery teams to ensure successful execution and customer satisfaction
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders throughout the sales and delivery lifecycle
• Leverage HCLTech's global SAP capabilities to drive local market growth

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in SAP consulting, transformation programs, managed services, sales, or business leadership roles
• Proven experience driving SAP Transformation and SAP Managed Support business growth
• Strong commercial mindset with experience managing large and complex SAP opportunities
• Established network within the SAP ecosystem, including customers, partners, and industry stakeholders
• Experience working within a global onshore-offshore delivery environment
• Exposure to industries such as Manufacturing, Automotive, Auto Ancillary, Retail, Consumer Products, Travel, or Transportation is highly preferred
• Native-level / C2 German and fluent English language skills
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders
• Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills

This role requires frequent international travel. Therefore, candidates must possess unrestricted travel authorization and be able to travel internationally on short notice.
