Become part of our team.Job DescriptionROLE SUMMARYThis is a Hybrid position to be based at one of our locations in Washington, NC, Goldsboro, NC, Wilson, NC, or Raleigh, NC.No Visa sponsporships are available for this position. We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Supply Chain Management (SCM) resource to join our MANN+HUMMEL SAP S4 team.

This role is process-heavy, focusing on designing, optimizing, implementing and supporting end-to-end supply chain processes in S/4HANA Public Cloud. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to drive process improvements across procurement, inventory, and planning, while coordinating with technical teams for reporting and integrations.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESLead design and configuration of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud SCM processes (Procurement, Inventory, Planning, Logistics)Drive business process workshops, requirement gathering, and solution designDefine and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes across modulesCollaborate with technical teams for reporting and integration requirementsValidate and review reports and analytics outputs to meet business needsCoordinate integration scenarios with internal and external systems (APIs, middleware) from a functional perspectiveLead and support testing activities (unit testing, integration testing, UAT)Develop and deliver end-user training and process documentationProvide functional troubleshooting and post-go-live supportREQUIREMENTSEducation:Bachelor’s degree in a related fieldExperience and Skills:5 + years of SAP SCM / Supply Chain experience in manufacturing or industrial environmentsMinimum 1 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation (mandatory)Strong hands-on experience with:Procurement, Inventory Management, and Planning processesEnd-to-end supply chain process design and optimizationPrevious experience working with business stakeholders and leading workshopsGood understanding of reporting and integration concepts (no heavy technical development experience required)Strong understanding of integration across SAP modulesProven experience in supporting testing and trainingStrong analytical, problem-solving and communication skillsAbility and availability to travel up to 50% as needed (mainly domestic U.S., but could include additional global travel to Canada and Europe)Preferred Additional Experience, Skills, and Certifications:Experience with SAP Activate methodologyFamiliarity with SAP BTP, CPI, and reporting tools (functional awareness sufficient)Experience in supply chain transformation or process improvement initiativesPrior consulting experience in client-facing rolesAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative and proactive approachExperience in agile project delivery environmentsSAP S/4HANA SCM or Public Cloud Certification#LI - HybridAre you full of ideas?
