Job Title: SAP FICO Team Lead / Senior Consultant (S/4HANA Greenfield Implementation)

Role Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong Team Lead capabilities to join an ongoing long-term project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA Greenfield Implementations and possess strong business process knowledge across Finance and Controlling functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead SAP FICO workstreams within a large-scale S/4HANA Greenfield implementation.
- Manage and coordinate project teams, ensuring successful delivery of project milestones.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.
- Drive process design, solution architecture, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to functional consultants and project team members.
- Support system integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
- Participate in onsite workshops and client meetings in Germany when required.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong expertise in SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and SAP CO (Controlling) modules.
- Proven experience leading SAP FICO teams and managing functional workstreams.
- Hands-on experience in at least one SAP S/4HANA Greenfield Implementation project.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end finance and controlling business processes.
- Experience with solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Ability to travel and work onsite in Germany when required.
