SAP ECP Consultant

To support a growing payroll consulting practice, the full-time SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, implementing, and optimizing SAP ECP solutions while working remotely with clients across various industries. Key responsibilities Participate in SAP ECP implementation and support engagements, analyzing client requirements and configuring solutions accordingly Collaborate with client teams to provide functional guidance, support payroll testing activities, and troubleshoot payroll-related issues Maintain compliance with payroll regulations and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the SAP ECP framework Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Payroll or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Experience with payroll system implementations, enhancements, and configuration Understanding of payroll concepts, including taxes, deductions, and compliance requirements Strong analytical skills and experience gathering business requirements for functional solutions
