Project Manager, Program Management - SAP S/4HANA Business TransformationThe Project Manager, Program Management - SAP S/4HANA Business Transformation, supports a multi-year, enterprise SAP S/4HANA business transformation by coordinating a portfolio of initiatives across Business Owners, SAP/IT teams, and third-party partners. This role focuses on end-to-end Data management capabilities. Operating within the Transformation Management Office (TMO), this role ensures initiatives are aligned to business priorities, governed consistently, integrated across workstreams, and supported by strong business readiness and adoption planning.
This role acts as a connector between strategy and execution, providing portfolio-level visibility, dependency management, and readiness coordination—without owning wave-level deployment delivery.Essential Duties: Data Workstream Planning and ExecutionEnsure scope, deliverables and execution plans are established, communicated and monitored across multiple data, analytics and reporting workstreams Master Data Management and GovernanceData MigrationSAP Data DesignReporting and AnalyticsDrive coordination and progress across Data workstreams Identify dependencies across workstreamsManage Data milestones within integrated project planEnsure Jira details and dependencies are complete for each workstreamMonitor weekly progress with Scrum Masters and Data team leadsBusiness Owner & Process Owner EngagementPartner with Business Owners and Enterprise Process Owners to clarify objectives, scope, success measures, and decision ownership across Data workstreamsBuild EPO and business participation plans with Data leads. Track business participation commitments and identify capacity or engagement risks.Support cross-functional alignment when priorities or dependencies conflict.SAP / IT CoordinationWork closely with SAP, Data and IT teams to align prioritiesProvide visibility into Data delivery progress, risks, and dependencies impacting business readiness.Ensure integration across process, data, reporting, and technology considerations at the portfolio level including customer, pricing, billing, and financial integration points.Third-Party / System Integrator CoordinationCoordinate with System Integrators and third-party partners to ensure alignment to program governance standards.Track high-level partner deliverables, dependencies, and risks.Support issue escalation and reinforce expectations for quality, documentation, and knowledge transfer.Business Readiness & Adoption SupportCoordinate enterprise-level business readiness activities, including readiness baselining, planning, milestone tracking, and participation in design, testing, and training.Partner with Data, Change, Training, and Communications leads to align readiness activities across initiatives.Identify and escalate readiness risks related to timing, capacity, or adoption.Risk, Dependency & Value TrackingMaintain a portfolio-level view of risks, issues, and cross-initiative dependencies.Support tracking of business benefits, KPIs, and value realization.Shift reporting from task completion to business capability and outcome visibility.Key InterfacesBusiness Owners; Process Owners; SAP / IT Teams; Deployment Directors; Data, Change, Training Leads; System Integrators; Transformation Program DirectorRequirementsBachelor's degree required8+ years project/program management experience, including 3–5 years supporting SAP ERP (ECC or S/4HANA) transformations with focus on Data managementExperience working with business leaders, IT teams, and system integratorsStrong understanding of end-to-end Data processesAbility to manage cross-functional dependencies and readiness risksDirect experience supporting Data management in an SAP environment.We Also ValueThe successful candidate will be a high-impact leader who embodies the following attributes: Integrator and orchestrator: Connects strategy to execution across functions, SAP and third parties.
