Senior Sap Data Migration Specialist (O2C & P2P)Senior SAP Data Migration Specialist (O2C & P2P) - 10+ years’ experience in SAP data migration, with deep expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) data domains - Strong functional knowledge of O2C and P2P processes, including SAP BP, MM, and FI integration - Extensive experience leading data migration for multiple Greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementations - Responsible for defining and executing comprehensive data migration strategies and governance frameworks - Lead end-to-end data migration activities across master data, transactional data, and open balances (for both O2C and P2P) - Utilize SAP S/4HANA migration tools (SAP Migration Cockpit, BODS/ETL, LSMW, custom programs) for data extraction, transformation, and loading - Ensure data quality through validation, reconciliation, and compliance with audit/regulatory requirements - Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams (SD, MM, FI), and technical teams to validate and reconcile migrated data - Drive data cleansing, enrichment, standardization, and harmonization during Greenfield implementations - Support business blueprinting, identifying and resolving data gaps between legacy and target SAP processes - Manage cutover planning, mock loads, go-live and post go-live data reconciliation - Mentor junior team members, coordinate with offshore/onshore teams, and provide regular status updates and risk assessments - Strong problem-solving, analytical, leadership, and communication skills, with proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver quality results in complex enterprise environments
