The program encompasses integrating dozens of mission critical financial applications to a modern SAP application operating in a FedRamp Certified cloud, while reengineering business process, with the proper internal controls and educating the impacted users and organizations on the future digital platform.Duties and Responsibilities:Provide processes and tools for the program to ensure the legacy data being converted to SAP is complete and accurateThe source data to be converted will be determined by the customer's needs developed as the output of Business Process Re-engineering and industry best practicesDefine the source to target mappings and determine the level of detail needed for transactions to satisfy the audit and DATA Act requirementsIdentify the conversion relevant data in the source systemsIn instances where all the required detail level data is not available in a single source system, derive the rules for sourcing and validating the required detail data from secondary related subsidiary or feeder systemsElicit and document the requirements for historical data for cleansing and conversionProvide the project team information and metrics pertaining to the quality of the source data for decision makingSize the volume and quality of data for each program or group of programs, as appropriateProvide a data governance processRefine the data quality through a data governance review processWork together as an integrated team with to create a seamless experience for the customer and employeeDesign, build, and test all code and processes required for conversionProvide best practices, guidance, and support for data cleansing in preparation for a successful conversionProvide best practices and support for data quality assurance during conversion developmentDevelop and implement data conversion plan in accordance with agency approved Data Governance PlanDevelop data profiling, cleansing, reconciliation and ETL processes to cleanse and convert financial dataProvide effective and efficient management of scope, schedule, and cost for Data Management supportDemonstrate system capability to handle high volume data conversion with minimum downtimeMinimum Qualifications/Experience:3-5 Years of SAP Data Conversion Experience3-5 years of SAP Federal Financial implementation experienceExperience creating Functional and Technical Specification of Validation Rules - Describing the functional and technical specification of Business validation rules listed per data object.Experience creating data profiling report with validation rules - Validation rules will be run to perform specific tests on the data.
These tests may validate business rules, target system rules, format of data, or ensure that the data exists in a reference table. The profiling report will provide details on the outcome of running the validation rulesExperience with data cleansing and creating SAP data validation and ETL programsExperience leading and participating in multiple SAP Mock conversion testsExperience with converting data from SQL, Informix, DB2, IDMS COBOL and SAP CRMExperience with ETL tools - SAP Business Objects Data Services, IBM InfoSphere DataStage, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree – RequiredRequired Certifications: No required certificationsSAP, Agile, SAFe certifications desiredOther: Must be US Citizen
