SAP CS Consultant with 8+ years of hands on experience supporting SAP Customer Service processes and configurations in an SAP S/4HANA environment.
The role focuses on Contracts, Billing, Pricing, solution design, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration with SD, MM, FI, and CO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP CS support and continuous improvement activities, including configuration, testing, troubleshooting, incident management, and enhancement initiatives.
- Analyze business requirements and design SAP CS solutions for service, contracts, billing, and pricing aligned with business objectives and SAP best practices.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams on cross-functional integrations, solution implementation, issue resolution, and support leadership.
