SAP Cross-Functional Lead / SAP Integration Lead / Solution Architect (Hands-On)We are seeking a hands-on SAP Cross-Functional Lead / Integration Lead / Solution Architect to drive end-to-end functional integration across multiple SAP modules.
The role will ensure seamless business process alignment, integrated solution design, and successful delivery across SAP workstreams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead cross-functional solution design across SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, FI/CO, EWM, QM, PM, IBP, TM)Ensure end-to-end integration across business processes (O2C, P2P, P2P, R2R)Validate functional designs, configurations, and WRICEF objectsIdentify and manage cross-module dependencies and integration risksAct as a bridge between business stakeholders and SAP teamsConduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution demosCollaborate with technical teams (ABAP, BASIS, PI/PO, BTP)Drive process harmonization and standardization initiativesSupport cutover, data migration, and go-live activitiesRecommend SAP best practices, automation, and innovations (S/4HANA, BTP, Fiori)Required Skills & Experience12+ years of SAP experience with strong cross-functional expertiseHands-on experience in S/4HANA implementationsDeep understanding of end-to-end SAP processes: Order-to-CashProcure-to-PayPlan-to-ProduceRecord-to-ReportExperience in WRICEF lifecycle managementStrong integration knowledge (PI/PO, APIs, BTP)Excellent stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience in Automotive / Manufacturing domain preferred
