- Strong hands‑on experience in SAP CRM Service , including Service Contracts and Service Orders.
- Expertise in Installed Base & Warranty Management .
- Experience with CRM Middleware and ECC/S/4HANA integration .
- Strong knowledge of functional configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support .
- Excellent client-facing, communication, and business process experience.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with business and technical teams in a Santa Clara, CA environment.
